1. Scope of Services
The Company provides the following professional services:
- Company Incorporation: Hong Kong limited company registration, company name search, registered address provision, articles of association drafting
- Company Secretarial: Statutory company secretary appointment, annual return filing, Significant Controllers Register (SCR), director and shareholder changes
- Accounting Services: Bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, payroll processing
- Audit & Tax: Statutory audit, profits tax filing, tax planning advice
The specific scope of services shall be subject to the service agreement or confirmation letter signed by both parties.
2. Service Fees and Payment Terms
- Service fees are based on the Company's quotation or prices published on the website
- Payments are processed through the Stripe secure payment platform
- Unless otherwise agreed, service fees must be paid in full upon order confirmation
- All fees are denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), plus applicable government fees
- The Company reserves the right to adjust service prices with prior notice to clients
3. Refund Policy
- If processing has not yet commenced, a full refund may be requested
- If processing has commenced but is not yet complete, the refund amount will be net of work costs incurred and government fees
- Government fees already paid (e.g., Companies Registry fees) are non-refundable
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 14 business days of receipt
4. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal and business information
- Cooperate with the Company's customer due diligence (KYC/CDD) procedures, including providing identification documents and proof of address
- Comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) regulations
- Respond promptly to the Company's information requests and enquiries
- Ensure that the information provided does not involve any illegal activities
- Pay service fees on time
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website (including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs) is the intellectual property of the Company
- No content from this website may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or otherwise used without the Company's written consent
- Intellectual property rights in documents prepared for clients (e.g., articles of association) are transferred to the client upon completion of payment

- Information provided on this website is for general reference only and does not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of information on this website
- The Company will endeavour to ensure service quality but does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., bank account opening success rates depend on the bank's independent assessment)

- The client's written consent has been obtained

8. Service Modification and Termination
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time
- To terminate an ongoing service, either party must provide 14 days' written notice to the other party
- The Company has the right to immediately terminate services if the client breaches these terms
- Termination of services does not affect rights and obligations that have accrued prior to termination
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Both parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through amicable negotiation
- If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong for adjudication
- Both parties may also agree to resolve disputes through arbitration, with Hong Kong as the seat of arbitration
11. Amendments to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any amendments will be published on this website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Company's services shall be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
